• Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has begun
• Refund amounts will be determined based on work completed and materials purchased
• We reserve the right to cancel services if payment is not received or project requirements cannot be met

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Notch Remodeling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services or website.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Top Notch Remodeling, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Insurance Claims Assistance

We provide assistance with insurance claims for storm damage and other covered losses. Please note that we are not insurance adjusters or attorneys, and our assistance is limited to helping you document damage and understand your policy coverage. You are responsible for all communication and agreements with your insurance company. We cannot guarantee insurance claim approval or reimbursement amounts.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina and the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Fayetteville, NC before pursuing litigation.
